A MESSAGE FROM SELINA ESTEVES
Welcome to summer! Normally a time for enjoying a cool drink on a deck or patio and lazily enjoying the warm weather, summer feels quite different this year. It is important that we each take the time to be good to ourselves and notice the stresses and pressures the months of shutdown, and now reopening, have had on us.

In this issue, we invite you to a special joint Alumni and Continuing Dental Education (CDE) presentation and workshop, Managing Stress with Mindfulness, with alumna Dr. Sally Safa. Additionally, there are articles that demonstrate the positive impact our people are having in the world and how our community is supporting each other. I hope you enjoy reading this month’s issue, and can find some time to sip something fun, perhaps with your toes in the sun.

Sincerely,
Selina Esteves
