A MESSAGE FROM SELINA ESTEVES

“Should auld acquaintance be forgot and never brought to mind?... We’ll take a cup of kindness yet, for auld lang syne.” - Robert Burns, 1788.
We surely won’t forget 2020, but our task now is to move forward with purpose and fortitude. We can try to be kinder to ourselves and hopefully find joy and gratefulness in our lives as we do so.
This month’s alumni e-newsletter shares how we continue to thrive despite great obstacles and evolve to ensure our future growth and success. Our accomplishments, the exceptional support of our alumni family who have remembered us, and the celebration of many in our community make for a good end to a challenging year and opens the door to a brighter new year.

In a year of creative pivoting, the Faculty of Dentistry Student Vendor Fair moved into the virtual sphere. Susie Son, DDS President, and Evan Benak, VP of Communications, share their perspectives on the transition and the event’s newfound value.
