A MESSAGE FROM SELINA ESTEVES
February is Black History Month. We acknowledge this important time with a beautiful feature written by a colleague and U of T alumna as she shares how family, love and education impacted her life.

In this issue, we connect with an anonymous donor who challenged their colleagues to give back to the Faculty and the graduate program that provided them with meaningful careers. We also learn how U of T Dentistry’s new satellite clinic will support our students and patients through the realities and confines of COVID-19, and future challenges ahead.

We are in the depths of winter, but I hope in reading the features below, like me, you will feel the warmth of our alumni and the promise of renewal ahead.

Sincerely,
Selina Esteves
