A MESSAGE FROM SELINA ESTEVES
|
|
A year ago, the world challenged us to change how we think and operate. March marks
the one-year anniversary of our adjustment to the pandemic. We are happy
to share stories about our successful adaptation to online teaching, how exciting
new technologies at the Faculty support our students and patients, and how our Class
of 2T0 transitioned to life after graduation.
March also marks Women’s History Month. We feature a pioneering alumna, Margaret
Hatton 5T2 PhD and an opinion piece by alumna and soon-to-be CDA president-elect
Lynn Tomkins 8T1. It has been a year of challenges. Undoubtedly, more will come. But
with spring nearly here and the continued support of our alumni, donors, faculty,
staff and friends, we celebrate the excellence and resilience of U of T Dentistry.
Sincerely,
Selina Esteves
Director, Advancement and Alumni Relations
